The staff were absolutely amazing. I had an excellent and lovely room with TV. Enough space for family. A sofa. A hair dryer, a spa bathtub, and bath sheets were a plus.

Very relaxing overall experience. Nice venue, pleasant and welcoming staff. Outstanding, tastefully decorated room available with enough space for family, a large bed plus the bedroom. A huge variety of fab food for meals. Set close to a bus station and some amenities.

The standard double room here was great - it had everything you could need like a mini-bar, central heating, and a TV. it's in a really nice spot right in the center which is super convenient! 🌟.

The rooms at Hotel Kreta are perfect for families like us with kids. They have a cozy seating area where we could relax after a busy day exploring. The air conditioning and flat-screen TV with cable channels made it feel like a home away from home. Plus, the deep soaking bathtubs in the private bathrooms were a real treat! We also appreciated the free WiFi and the complimentary toiletries.

Personally, I found the separate bathtubs and showers a bit inconvenient. Others might still enjoy it, though.

Enjoyed strolling in the "Public Garden" nearby, an exhilarating experience only 900 meters away. Used their free Wi-Fi and concierge services. Just loved the coffee shop/cafe and their garden.

Who needs a decent mattress or warm covers? Definitely not me!

I got great value for my money at Hotel Kreta in Galati. The room was spacious and the bed was enormous. The location was peaceful and the staff were cute and friendly.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better was if they had more vegetarian options.

I would have appreciated a better vacation experience for senior people if the children working there could have been a bit more attentive and considerate towards our needs.

The hotel had a lovely outdoor patio for breakfast and the laundry service was fast and reasonably priced. The room was large with a fantastic bed, and the breakfast options were excellent. The room service was quick and efficient. the stay was mind-blowing!

I really liked the hotel's decoration, it reminded me of a charming era from the past. The general areas were cozy and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing and spending time with other guests. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible with ramps and handrails, which made it easier for me to move around.

I would have loved to have more activities or entertainment options specifically tailored for senior people. It would have been nice to have some organized events or activities that catered to our age group.
